We're a company based in Switzerland but our collective is spread across Europe (and the world). Some people are employed directly at our headquarters in Zurich, others have a freelance contract. We embrace digital nomads, remote work, and maximum flexibility without borders.

Until he can earn a living with his art, Florian is your project manager and digital consultant. He created his first website in 1995 using a text-editor and simple html / css. This is also where his career as a developer ended but his interest in all things digital only grew stronger ever since.

As a fashion designer by trait, Anja has a good eye for aesthetics. Her main focus within our company, besides taking care of many administrative tasks, is making sure Florian gets his things done. She's also coordinating projects within our collective and helping people to achieve their goals.

Before founding his own business in 2017, Mato has been a frontend developer and team lead within several digital agencies. He has been working with PAKD for many years and is a development power house. His attention to detail and proficiency with Craft CMS are invaluable.

As an expert for digital branding, UX and UI design, Richard has been a constant member of our collective for many years. He designs user interfaces and creates digital experiences for your business and brand. At the core of his approach is the ongoing pursuit of the ideal composition of good design and technology.

After many years of working together, Sebastian has joined our collective as a Digital Brand Consultant and Full Stack Designer in 2022. His speciality is digital branding, UX/UI design and art direction. He's also a well-versed project manager.
Marija Francesca

Marija joined our collective in 2023 as a professional gamer and frontend developer. Although we could not yet find a suitable project for the former skillset, she's already a valuable member of our development team. Marija also founded her own company Ko-ko-kod in 2017.

He started as a web developer, but expanded his skillset as a Linux sysadmin for some of the biggest sites on the internet. 🤫 With this unique combination of experiences, he became specialized in backend development for high-traffic web projects. He also helped several agencies to set up their infrastructure.

She's a true Digital Nomad! Born and raised in Switzerland, Carole is now travelling the world and working from Portugal, Senegal, or wherever she goes to next. Make sure to check out her Instagram! She's mainly working as a Social Media Manager for PAKD and other clients.

He’s an object designer, interaction designer and creative developer based in Zurich, Switzerland. A creative professional and maker in both the physical and digital space. He designs for the smile. The smile when you have fun using a product, when you notice the small details that show someone cared.

As an expert for Web3 and blockchain topics, kompakd has joined our team in 2022. His true identity is still a mystery (to some), but he has already made a name for himself in the NFT scene as an avid collector and virtual curator. He has strong ties especially within the Tezos community.
